Doctor Festus is a heartless madman – once a plague doctor, now a twisted Alchemist of Decay. His boundless devotion to Grandfather Nurgle has caused him to swell into a loathsome Daemon Prince. With infectious exuberance, he leads Nurgle’s armies from atop his demonic steed, Gathoblyt, relishing every opportunity to test new gruesome concoctions on unwilling foes.

Towering over the battlefield, he is ready to unleash his latest alchemical experiments upon the mortal realms. Few enemies, however brave they may be, survive his scrutinizing gaze as he points his gnarled Plague Staff at them.
