Most of the nomadic contingents of the Skitarii War Pilgrims are organized into conclaves. They are so accustomed to an unnaturally long life of endless pilgrimages and wars that they seek neither comfort nor social advancement. Instead, they devote themselves entirely to the defence of the Omnissiah's domain and the recovery of lost technologies, which must be protected from unworthy hands at all costs.

If you want to conquer the galaxy in the name of the Omnissiah – regardless of whether you believe the Emperor is behind him or not – this set is the ideal introduction to a Mechanicum army or a rewarding expansion to an existing force. Additionally, you save money compared to buying the included kits individually.

The core consists of Skitarii War Pilgrims with powerful volkite arquebuses, whose extensive leg augmentations grant them exceptional mobility. They are led by an experienced Skitarii War Pilgrim Marshal with special equipment, while a Vultarax Stratos Automaton provides aerial support. This force, which you can secure here for the first time, is ready to face any enemy.

From this set, you can build 18 multi-part plastic Mechanicum miniatures:

  • 1x Skitarii War Pilgrim Marshal
  • 1x Vultarax Stratos Automaton
  • 16x Skitarii War Pilgrim Corpus Miniatures

The miniatures are highly customizable:

  • The Marshal has 3 head options and can be equipped with a volkite short weapon or archaeotech pistol, as well as a phase claw, capacitor staff, or auctoritas sceptre.
  • The Vultarax Stratos Automaton features two tentacles with three slots each, from which various dendrite claw variants can be chosen.
  • Up to two War Pilgrims can be built as squad leaders; each War Pilgrim can be equipped with a helmet or bare head.

The set includes a Mechanicum Macro-Construct Transfer Sheet with 394 high-quality transfers, including symbols for Opus Machina, Opus Taghmata, Iungum Cybernetica, Cybernetica Bund, and Fracta Aedificium, as well as numerous markings and cogwheels.

Contents:

  • 313 plastic components
  • 1 Citadel Round Base (32 mm)
  • 1 Citadel Round Base (100 mm)
  • 20 Citadel Round Bases (28.5 mm)
  • 1 Citadel Ball Head Rod Adapter (115 mm)

The miniatures are unpainted and require assembly. We recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Rules for using these miniatures in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy can be found in the Journal Tactica – Skitarii: The Steel Hand of Mars (sold separately).

These miniatures will also be available individually at a later date. This game set is only available while supplies last.
