The Vultarax-Automata possess a complex cortex unit, enabling precise control over their gravity-based impellers and thrust nozzles. This allows them to hover across the battlefield and exhibit a degree of autonomous action. While the Magos of the Mechanicum frequently deploy Vultarax-Automata as a rapid vanguard to disrupt and pressure the enemy early on, those assigned to Skitarii Conclaves are often used as scouts and observers. In this role, some of these Stratos-Automata are equipped with additional Auspex scanner arrays.

This multi-part plastic kit allows you to build a Vultarax Stratos-Automata, a hovering weapon platform for your Mechanicum or Skitarii Conclave armies in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy.

The Automata is armed with an Arc Blaster, a Vultarax Missile Launcher, and Dendrite Claws. This makes it a serious threat at both medium range and in close combat. The kit includes various Dendrite Claw and Tentacle designs, offering additional customization options.

As the miniature bears no specific loyalty symbols, it can be used in both loyalist and traitorous Mechanicum armies.

The kit also includes 1 Mechanicum Constructs Transfer Sheet with 558 high-quality water slide decals. These include symbols for Opus Machina, Opus Taghmata, Iungum Cybernetica, Covenant Cybernetica, and Fracta Aedificium, as well as other markings and gear symbols to decorate your miniatures.
