Warhammer 40,000: Tau Empire – Commander

T’au Commanders are fast and deadly Battlesuit pilots of intimidating size. Of course, simply piloting a huge Battlesuit doesn’t make the soldier a Commander – it’s the strategic minds, the ability to adapt to unpredictable situations that sets these pilots apart from the others. Many years of unending determination are needed to attain this rank; every T’au Commander earns their status the hard way. Their XV85 Enforcer Battlesuits are armed with extremely destructive weapons – flamers, ion blasters and burst cannons are some of the weapon options available, and electronic countermeasure and massive data-processing capabilities further boost their performance.

The XV86 Coldstar Battlesuit variant carries numerous fins, streamlining it and enabling super-high speed movement across the battlefield, whilst annihilating enemies with its burst cannon. Built-in holophoton countermeasures and telemetry suites supply the Coldstar, and therefore the Commander, with reams of data that would overwhelm an untrained mind; however, it allows the Coldstar to scream across its foes with an agility that their targeting systems simply cannot track.

This multi-part plastic kit gives you everything needed to build one T’au Commander, in either an XV85 Enforcer Battlesuit or an XV86 Coldstar Battlesuit. There are a huge amount of options available: different heads, engines, leg and arm assemblies and a frankly insane amount of weaponry. A burst cannon, a plasma rifle, a flamer, a fusion blaster, a cyclic ion blaster, a and a missile pod – and of course, a drone, which can be built as a gun, shield or marker drone.

77 components are included, and one Citadel 60mm Round Base.

This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
