The LEGO® Brick Separator (Item No. 6007) is part of an early generation of LEGO® building tools. Produced from 1990 to 2011, it is significantly harder to find today compared to modern versions.
With dimensions of 10.5 x 4 x 1.5 studs and weighing 11.29 g, it offers a comfortable grip and efficient leverage for separating tightly connected elements.
Unlike modern brick separators, this version was not included in any official LEGO® set and was only available separately. This means far fewer units entered circulation compared to later mass-distributed versions.
Additional reasons for its high value:
Because it was a standalone tool, many were lost, heavily used, or discarded over time — making surviving examples increasingly desirable.
Today, it is not just a tool — it is a collectible piece of LEGO® history.
