Middle-earth: Great Eagles

The Great Eagles of the Misty Mountains soar high above the realms of Middle-earth, keeping their distance from the world below. But in times of greatest need, the Eagles descend to aid the Free Peoples. With their massive beaks and razor-sharp talons, they effortlessly cleave through the flesh and armour of all their foes.

While the Great Eagles are ancient beings, some among them are still fledglings by their standards. These young birds are not yet fully grown and can be identified by the white under-feathers in their majestic plumage. This in no way makes them any less lethal, and even Great Eagle Fledglings can tear apart their foes with terrifying ease.

This multipart plastic kit builds two majestic Great Eagles for the Eagles, Battle of the Five Armies, and Men of the West armies. Each is a powerful creature that can bypass enemy defences, strike at rear lines and flanks, and eliminate priority targets. They can also be fielded as Great Eagle Fledglings.

This kit comprises 16 plastic components, 2x Citadel 60mm Round Bases, and 2x Citadel Small Flying Bases with 4x Citadel Ball Socket Flying Stems. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly. We recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
