Welcome to the TMS Bricks Shop! We are delighted to provide you with a pleasant atmosphere in every interaction between buyer and seller and are committed to offering outstanding service.

Location:
Our store is located at Gurzelenstrasse 12, 4512 Bellach, specializing in high-quality minifigures and bricks.

Condition of Bricks:

• New: The bricks are sourced directly from LEGO bags and are carefully stored.
• Used: These may show normal signs of use. Any serious damage will be transparently disclosed, and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Condition of Minifigures:

• New: Minifigures are carefully assembled from new parts and neatly stored.
• Used: Parts and minifigures may show signs of wear. Serious damage will be openly communicated and the price adjusted.

Condition of Sets:

• New: The sets are sourced directly and are complete and in excellent condition.
• Used: These may show normal wear and have a slight accumulation of dust. Any serious damage will be transparently indicated and the price adjusted accordingly.

Condition of LEGO Instructions:

• New: Instructions are flawless and have not been used. Minimal wear may occur due to the packaging process.
• Used: Instructions may show signs of aging, such as paper wear. Any damage will be clearly communicated.

Origin of Sets:
Newly labeled items come directly from sets. We are not responsible for minimal damage that occurs to LEGO bags or boxes. Significant damage will result in items being classified as used or handled accordingly.

Information on Used Parts and Sets:
Our listings include detailed comments on dents, scratches, visible damage, or dust accumulation.

Shipping Policies:
Please select the appropriate shipping option for bricks, minifigures, sets, and individual parts. No refunds will be issued for losses incurred during uninsured shipping. We offer insured shipping as well as the option for in-store pickup.
