2. Offers & Contract Formation The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding product overview. A purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed or the goods are dispatched.
3. Prices & Shipping Costs All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable statutory VAT. Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the checkout process.

5.1 Delivery Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery time is generally 1–5 business days.
5.2 Collection Collection is only possible by prior arrangement at the following address: TMS Bricks, Kramgasse 68, 3011 Bern Orders not collected within 14 days will be automatically cancelled.
6. Retention of Title Goods remain the property of TMSproductions GmbH until payment has been received in full.
7. Returns & Exchanges Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to:

8. Warranty New products are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. No warranty is provided for used goods unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Liability Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, delivery delays and colour deviations is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct as well as for personal injury remains unaffected.
10. Data Protection Personal data is processed in accordance with the current privacy policy, available on the respective websites of TMSproductions GmbH. Swiss data protection law (DSG/nDSG) applies.
11. Copyright All content on these websites (texts, images, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright. Any further use is only permitted with the express written consent of TMSproductions GmbH.
12. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Solothurn, Switzerland.
13. Amendments to the GTC TMSproductions GmbH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version is available on the websites. The version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall be authoritative.
