Warhammer 40,000: Death Guard – Plague Marines
The Nurgle-blighted Plague Marines have repulsive, rotting bodies that reek of decay. The putrid slime that oozes from their festering wounds corrodes armour and melts flesh, yet despite their hideously disfigured appearance, they are truly fearsome warriors. Their decaying brains are impervious to physical pain, making it almost impossible to slow them down on the battlefield with injuries.
This multi-part plastic kit contains all the necessary components to assemble a unit of 7 Plague Marines. Each one features a dynamic pose and the typical characteristics of the Death Guard – broken, putrid armour revealing writhing tentacles, severed heads proudly displayed hanging from belts, backpacks overflowing with unnatural decay, and a tangle of tubes leading from rebreathers to Nurgle knows what vile concoctions. An Icon of Despair is also included in the kit, allowing you to build an Icon Bearer.
These models come with a variety of different weapons and heads, many of which are designed to fit specific models – there are 8 boltguns, 4 plague knives, 2 bubotic axes, a blight launcher, a plasma gun, a melta gun, a plague spewer, a heavy plague spewer (with matching backpack), a flail of corruption, a mace of contagion, a great plague cleaver, a plasma pistol, and a bolt pistol. There are also two weapon options for the unit's Champion: a special plague sword and a power fist. In total, 16 heads are included, some with and some without helmets. There are also two arms for a model with a plague grenade: one hand holds the grenade while the other is pulling the pin.
The Plague Marines kit contains 146 individual parts and comes with 7 Citadel 32mm Round Bases.
