Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines – Primaris Librarian in Phobos Armour

With burning eyes and fists crackling with furious energies, Space Marine Librarians stride into battle to annihilate their foes. Some hurl bolts of warp energy to turn their victims to pulp, others twist the flow of time or imbue their brothers with incredible power. However they fight, all Librarians are mighty psykers, using their mutation in defence of Mankind.

A Primaris Librarian in Phobos Armour is an HQ choice for any Adeptus Astartes Faction – including Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and even Space Wolves (where he takes on the role of a Rune Priest). He is a capable warrior and a powerful psyker who can use powers from the Obscuration discipline to weaken his foes. He carries a psy-matrix, which allows him to deny the psychic powers of enemy psykers more easily. Like many other Vanguard units, the Primaris Librarian in Phobos Armour also wears a camo cloak to better utilise the effects of cover.
